If Li Ziqi was a rom-com period drama. The set and lighting design are unreal. Every frame is gorgeous. Watching it in the middle of summer is cooling me down because it's all snow-covered mountains and Chinese winter villages. The sharpest of jawlines. The makeup and costume design - unhinged. Is the script amazing? Not really. But the atmosphere and the slow-burning yearning? Perfect.
