Ghee popcorn

1-2 tablespoons of ghee (won’t let your popcorn burn)

1/4 cup popcorn kernels

Cook and salt as you wish

Ghee just gives it that buttery movie theater flavor and has a high heat point. Points if you have herbal ghee. Then you can play with different flavors.
