Don’t know why it took me so long to put my kit together. It immediately helped me feel more resourced and resilient during a bad attack flair recently. In mine- tiny bottles of rescue meds, ginger and peppermint; cooling head strips, essential oil, tiger balm, fascia massager, ear plugs, my Headaterm 2 and illumify eyedrops for eye pressure.
It goes where I go. It’s cute and helpful and makes me feel better.
