
My rest code is: 20 min walks in nature with music, body scan meditations, a good k drama, journaling, reading, dancing it out, going to bed early, not looking at screens and being bored.

Can not echo this sentiment enough. Everyone needs different kinds of rest at different times. People should be able to reclaim their time however their need to judgment-free! In the words of Trisha Hershey, “Rest is resistance!”
